What Happens When You Call

The first few minutes are yours. Describe what caught your eye, maybe a brown spot on a bedroom ceiling, granules collecting at the downspouts or a gutter sagging at one corner. From there we'll want to know what the roof is made of and how long it has been on your home. Once we have a clear picture, we pick a day for the technician visit that fits your week. Estimates are free with no obligation, and post-storm inspections are free as well.

On the visit, our technician looks closely at the small spots where roofs usually give out first: flashing around chimneys and vents, the nail line, valleys and drip edge. We take photos and show you what we found, then give you an honest repair-or-replace answer. If storm damage is involved, we work directly with your insurance adjuster, and financing is available if you need it.

Good to Have Ready Before You Call

1. Your address and the best time for someone to come out.
2. A short note on what you are seeing and when you first noticed it.
3. Roughly how old the roof is, plus any earlier repair work you remember.
4. Your insurance claim number if you have already filed for storm damage.
