About Macclenny Roofing: Careful Work Where Roofs Usually Fail

We are a roofing company in Macclenny that cares most about the parts of a roof you never see from the driveway. That means nail placement, flashing at the walls and the seal around every pipe. Those small choices decide whether your new roof or repair holds up for years or starts leaking early.

Why We Focus on the Small Stuff

Most roofs do not fail in the middle of a field of shingles. They fail at the edges and openings. A valley where two slopes meet, a wall where flashing was bent in a hurry, a plumbing vent boot that cracked in the sun, a row of shingles nailed too high to hold in wind. When we trace a leak, that is where we usually find the cause.

So that is where we spend our time. On a new roof we set the drip edge and starter course so wind cannot lift the first row. Each nail goes in the manufacturer's nailing zone, and underlayment is lapped so water always runs over a seam, never into one. On a repair we fix the detail that let water in, not just the stain it left on your ceiling.

None of this shows up in a photo from the street. It shows up years later, when a summer thunderstorm rolls through and your home stays dry. We would rather take the extra hour on a valley or a run of step flashing than come back to explain why it leaked.

What to Expect When We Work on Your Home

We look before we price

A technician starts every job up on your roof, and in the attic too if we can reach it. We bring a camera, then sit down with you and walk through every shot so you understand all we found. The estimate costs nothing and you are under no obligation.

Honest advice on repair or replacement

If the problem is contained and the roof around it is solid, we suggest a repair and price just that. If the decking is soft or the shingles have stopped holding, we show you the evidence and explain why replacing is the smarter spend, and the timing stays your call. Financing is available if spreading a new roof over time fits your budget better.

Support when storms hit

Our post-storm inspections are free, and we record the wind or rain damage in writing and photos. On storm damage claims we deal with your insurance adjuster directly, though coverage is still the adjuster's decision.

Care for your yard

Before tear-off we cover your plants and shield your walkways, and debris goes straight to the trailer. At the end of every day we roll a magnet across the yard to catch stray nails.
